Razor uses this wheel assembly for the Phase Two and RDS Dirt Scooter on both the front and the rear axles. This wheel assembly comes complete with an 80 PSI tire, tube, the wheel hub, pre-installed bearings, and bearing spacer. The low pressure 80 PSI tube and tire makes this best for soft surfaces, just like the fat tires on many popular mountain bikes.
